Belair National Park Disc Golf Course

Belair National Park, Belair SA

Course Notes: Ranked #4 in Australia on UDisc for 2026. Set within South Australia's oldest national park, with multiple layouts (Beginner, Amateur, Advanced, Pro). Players enjoy technical shots through native woodland with significant elevation changes and wildlife about. Expect tight gaps and challenging terrain, and wear long pants for the bush. Restrooms available but no drinking water. Dogs must be on a lead.

Access Note: Daylight hours only, under National Park rules, so no night or glow rounds.

Emu Park

Emu Park, Adelaide SA

Course Notes: A brand new 4-basket course in the Onkaparinga Council area, great for practising mid-range throws and putting. Located in a small community park with no elevation, making it fully wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly. There's a drinking fountain but no restrooms or car park. Dogs welcome. Perfect for families and beginners.

Golden Grove High School

Golden Grove High School, Golden Grove SA

Course Notes: Built across two of the school's sporting ovals, with several baskets used for two holes. A great beginner-to-intermediate course with a mix of grass and bark-chip paths. Holes on the soccer oval criss-cross a little, so watch for other groups, and take care near the high school fences. No drinking water or restrooms. Dogs welcome, please clean up after them.

Access Note: On school grounds, so it's only open to the public outside normal school hours.

Semaphore Disc Golf Course

Glanville Hall Golf Course, 1A Wald Ave, Semaphore South SA 5019

Course Notes: A coastal course in suburban Adelaide where seaside winds add challenge to play. It shares fairways with Glanville Hall Golf Course, with open fairways and scattered trees, close to Semaphore Beach. Check in at the pro shop to pay green fees and hire discs. Drinking water and restrooms available. No dogs allowed.

Access Note: Pay to play with restricted hours, so check the Glanville Hall website for opening times before you go.

Thomas Young Reserve

Thomas Young Reserve, Reynella SA

Course Notes: The council installed 4 baskets in late 2023, with two 18-hole layouts using the original 4 basket positions. The Full 18 offers medium to long drives with elevated, wooded tees, while Birdy's Run is shorter and more technical. Suits all skill levels. The northern end can get boggy in winter. Drinking water is at the fountain near the basketball court, but there are no restrooms. Dogs welcome.

Woodhouse Activity Centre Disc Golf Park

37 Spring Gully Road, Piccadilly SA 5151

Course Notes: Set in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, this course features tight wooded fairways and elevation changes. Located at an activity centre with other recreational options, making it perfect for family outings. Restrooms available.

Access Note: Open 9am to 5pm daily. Check in at the camp office before playing. Booking isn't essential, but ring ahead on (08) 8339 3333 as scheduled events can affect access.

Blue Lake Sports Park

Blue Lake Sports Park, Mount Gambier SA

Course Notes: A 9-basket, dual-tee 18-hole course just a short drive from Mount Gambier's city centre. Free to play and open every day of the year. Very accessible and perfect for families, beginners or experienced players, with almost all the course on flat land and only two holes requiring a small hill climb. Wheelchair and stroller friendly, with restrooms available and dogs welcome.

Crater Lakes Disc Golf Park

Mount Gambier, South Australia 5290

Course Notes: Ranked #1 in Australia on UDisc for 2024, 2025 and 2026. A world-class disc golf destination with multiple layouts (Beginner, Advanced and Pro). It hosted the 2019 Australian Championships and is home to the annual Eruption tournament. Players get the unique experience of playing inside a beautiful volcano lush with green vegetation, across very hilly wooded and open sections. Restrooms available but no drinking water, so bring your own. Dogs welcome.

Millicent Disc Golf Course

Millicent Sports Park, Millicent SA

Course Notes: Millicent's first ever disc golf course, installed in March 2024 by Wattle Range Council and designed by Launch Disc Golf's Ryan Nicholson. This small but very wooded location features 9 baskets with dual tees for an 18-hole course, ideal for new and beginner players. Discs available at the council. Restrooms are a 200m walk north along Park Terrace at the Swimming Lake, but there's no drinking water. Dogs welcome.

Access Note: UDisc flags that the course may be missing some tees and signage, and baskets and tee poles are close together, so use the UDisc map to find the right target.

Tintinara Disc Golf Park

Course Notes: Located in a small rural town along the Adelaide to Melbourne highway, perfect for breaking up a long drive. Features dual tees for varied difficulty and mostly open, flat fairways with scattered tree obstacles. Signage is good, but the UDisc map may not match the course exactly. Drinking water and restrooms available, and dogs are welcome.
